Join us for Norwegian Heritage Day at St. Olaf College, hosted by the Norwegian-American Historical Association!

Bring a Norwegian antique, and it may be featured in our program, Antique ID. Laurann Gilbertson, chief curator at Vesterheim Norwegian-American Museum, will choose objects to describe, including age, origin, and function. (Please note she cannot offer appraisals.)

Prior to Gilbertson’s presentation, we’ll enjoy a Norwegian-themed luncheon, and the Lars Skjervheim Spelemanslag — St. Olaf’s own Hardanger fiddle group — will provide traditional Norwegian folk music.
