Sundet Family Aula (Great Room)

• 3,400 sq. feet
• Accommodates up to 250 people for plated, sit-down events
• Accommodates up to 300 people for a lecture-style layout or cocktail-style reception.
• Features quality AV with soundboard and screens.
While each event is unique, here’s what to expect for each rental:
Tables and chairs are set up in your preferred layout before you arrive to decorate for your event
Basic audio-visual needs with podium, handheld microphones, screens, and projectors turned on for you to use at no extra cost throughout your event. You connect your laptop with an HDMI connection.

Customizable colored lights along the ceiling
Free Parking (Valet parking is available at an additional charge upon request)
Torgerson Vestibyle (Vestibule + Atrium)
Included with your rental
Gathering area adjacent to Sundet Aula and Wedum Room. Ideal for mingling events, meet and greets and receptions.
Accommodates up to 150 people for a casual, photo-ready indoor-outdoor experience.
Mondale Galleri
Included with your rental
With a variety of exhibits and art throughout the year, this gallery space can also be used for cocktail-style receptions, smaller dinners, or classes, depending on availability in-between exhibits.
Capacity: 50-80, depending on placement
Inquire about rental add-ons
Linens and Decor. We are happy to connect you with our linens and decor vendor. Tables and chairs will be placed in your preferred layout before you arrive, and you are responsible for linens, decorations, flowers etc.
Catering is not included in the venue rental agreement; however, we work with a preferred, in-house caterer, and we will happily connect you with ELMO Catering.
Other caterers we work with: Oasis Mediterranean Grill
You can use other caterers as well. Any other catering company needs to be preapproved by us in advance.
Audio Visual production needs: We provide basic AV needs, will turn on the AV system and microphones/podium for you to connect with your laptop and use throughout the event for no extra charge. If you would like someone to run the show, it is possible to hire one of our in-house AV techs, or we can connect you with an external vendor
Albert H. Quie Education Center
Meeting Spaces
The Albert H. Quie Education Center meeting rooms are perfect for business meetings and more intimate events. The Coltvet and Lillehaugen Rooms are equipped with HDMI overhead projectors suitable for presentations and films. The Hanson Room has a small home kitchen.

Accommodates up to 40 people
Ideal for private meetings, lectures, rehearsal space, and breakouts
In-wall HDMI inputs for frontal projections and sound
Can also project DVDs and play CDs, and AUX equipment
Coltvet Room
Accommodates up to 12 people
Ideal for intimate meetings, breakout discussions, and classroom space

Includes a tiled kitchen and craft space
