Krumkake are delicate, rolled batter cookies and a traditional Christmas treat. You don’t have to reserve them just for the holidays, though. Heidi will teach you to make the batter, cook, and quickly roll the traditional krumkake. You will then go on to make a variety of batters and shapes so you can make them for any occasion, including just enjoying a lovely treat with your coffee.
