Enjoy a gourmet dinner spread by Chef Francisco and ELMO Catering, followed by an evening with our fave jazz ensemble in Minneapolis.
Chef will make a delicious Bakalao dinner for us. The popular Norwegian-Spanish hybrid dish is salted and dried cod in a tomato-based stew with potatoes, vegetables, and olives. This dish is most often associated with coastal Norway, specifically the Møre region in the Northwest.
The reception starts at 5:00pm. Guests are encouraged to grab a drink and enjoy our exhibit, New Nordic Cuisine. After dinner, at 7:00pm, the smooth jazz lounge begins.
