For 16 years, Norwegians gathered in Halden, on the border with Sweden, to sing their hearts out together. In 2022, that program, called Allsang på grensen, (Sing-Along at the Border), was called to an end.

We’re happy to keep the musical adventure alive with our version of Allsang in Minneapolis, crossing borders and cultures to include a lively sing-along for everyone to enjoy.

Held inside Norway House, people from the diverse cultures in our neighborhood will present music and folk songs from their own cultures and languages. We’ll include texts for some of the songs so you can sing, too!
