About Jon Fosse
Renowned Norwegian author and playwright Jon Fosse was awarded the 2023 Nobel Prize in Literature for "innovative plays and prose which give voice to the unsayable". His work, often written in Nynorsk (New Norwegian), is known for minimalism, repetition, and deep emotional resonance, spanning novels, plays, poetry, and children's books.
